Cook time: 4-5 minutes
Total time: 4-5 minutes
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
100g (½ cup) Zero Egg liquid
Vegetable oil for pan
Seasoning
Optional: your choice of add-ons – plant-based cheese, vegetables (fresh or pre-cooked), fresh greens and herbs…
RECIPE PREPARATION
Heat nonstick frying pan on medium-to-medium high heat. Drizzle with vegetable oil (about a tbsp).
Pour Zero Egg liquid on to heated pan. Liquid will spread naturally to form an even layer. Cook for about 1 minute.
Stir and turn over cooking liquid, as it sets, to create your preferred curds’ size.
Cook an additional 2-3 minutes, gently scrambling and flipping the curds as they cook.
Even though Zero Egg scramble can be eaten undercooked, for best results cook scramble thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
